1. Purpose

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of any integration created by United International College (“UIC”) that connects third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, with our internal systems to manage student contracts, tuition invoices, and related financial information.

2. Authorized Use

This integration is intended for internal administrative use by UIC and its authorized staff only. Students may access relevant payment portals or forms generated by this integration but do not directly interact with the underlying API connection.

3. Data Handling

UIC uses this integration to securely transfer and store necessary data such as student names, tuition amounts, and payment details. All data is handled in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.

4. Restrictions

The integration must not be copied, modified, resold, or redistributed without prior written consent from UIC.

5. Termination

UIC reserves the right to terminate access to this integration at any time if unauthorized use is detected.
