United International College Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing and using the United International College (UIC) website, services, and facilities, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Enrollment and Admission:

a. The admission process is subject to UIC policies and academic requirements.
b. UIC reserves the right to deny admission or enrollment

3. Tuition and Fees:

a. Tuition and fees are determined by UIC and are subject to change.
b. Payments must be made by the specified deadlines. Failure to pay may result in withdrawal from classes.
c. Payments over the UIC website are only accepted using debit and credit cards and will automatically be charged a non-refundable 3.99% administration fee of the full payment amount.

4. Academic Policies:

a. Students are expected to adhere to UIC’s academic policies, including but not limited to plagiarism and academic integrity.
b. UIC reserves the right to modify its academic programs and requirements.

5. Code of Conduct:

a. Students must adhere to the UIC Code of Conduct, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment.
b. Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion.

6. Privacy Policy:

a. UIC respects the privacy of its students. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
b. Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

7. Facilities and Resources:

a. Students are expected to use UIC facilities and resources responsibly and in accordance with established guidelines.
b. Any damage to UIC property must be reported, and students may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs.

8. Withdrawal and Refund Policy:

a. Students wishing to withdraw must follow the official withdrawal procedure.
b. Refund eligibility is subject to UIC’s refund policy, and refunds will be processed according to established timelines.

9. Health and Safety:

a. Students are expected to comply with health and safety regulations on campus.
b. UIC may take appropriate action to address health and safety concerns.

10. Intellectual Property:

a. All intellectual property created by students in the course of their studies belongs to the creator, subject to UIC’s right to use such materials for educational purposes.

11. Termination of Enrollment:

a. UIC reserves the right to terminate a student’s enrollment for academic or disciplinary reasons.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

a. UIC may update these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the student to review them periodically.

13. Governing Law:

a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UIC is located.
