
Ivonne Martínez – Economist and Master’s degree holder in Public Policy, with more than 18 years of experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of public policies. She currently serves as Deputy Director of Intelligence and Information Technology Management at the Bogotá District Institute of Tourism, where she promotes strategic sector analysis, data management, and the development of tourism in the city.
She leads the Tourism Observatory and coordinates the implementation of the Bogotá Smart Tourism Destination strategy, advancing key components such as sustainability, innovation, governance, technology, and accessibility. Her professional trajectory includes key contributions to organizations such as the World Bank, USAID, the Ministry of Finance, and the National Planning Department, among others, where she has led strategic processes in territorial development, international cooperation, and participatory planning.
