Angelica Moyano, Board Member, United International College

Angelica Moyano was born in Bogotá, Colombia, where she lived for 20 years. In 1999, she moved with her family to South Florida, USA. Moyano earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Saint Thomas University and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Barry University.

Moyano has worked at United International College (UIC) in Miramar, FL, since 2002 and has served as the Director of Academic Affairs since 2004. Her talented leadership has been instrumental in the development and growth of UIC. In 2013 and 2016, she led UIC’s accreditation process with ACICS (Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools), successfully securing accreditation for the institution. In 2024, she led the institution’s most recent accreditation process with DEAC and is currently awaiting approval. Her deep-rooted passion for education keeps UIC in constant development and advancement. Moyano maintains excellent relationships with faculty and leads with dedication and pride. She continuously works to enhance academic processes and promote a progressive educational model that responds to the needs of the 21st century.

Moyano is married to David Lesser and has three children: Daniela, Camila, and Sergio Lesser Moyano. She currently resides in Miramar, Florida.


Jacqueline Chirino Sarduy, Operations Manager, Indemnity Security & Investigations Inc

Jacqueline Chirino Sarduy, also known as "Jacky"; is the operations manager for Indemnity Security & Investigations, Inc. an international security firm headquartered in Miramar, Florida. Jacky has more than 15 years of management experience. She has spearheaded logistics operations for music bands, such as: Aerosmith, Barry Gibbs, and Madonna just to name a few with the logistics company; Rock It Cargo, becoming an expert in critical planning, logistics and team development.


Brian Jacob, Founding Partner, Collective Ventures

Stan Bostic, National Director of Communications and VIP Program, Rick Case

Stan grew up between Norfolk, Virginia and Boston, Massachusetts as his Father was career Navy retired RMC - 23 year’s. Stan is the oldest of 5 children and early on he learned to give back working with his Mother who besides raising 5 children worked as a fundraiser for the March of Dimes. Many nights and weekends when not babysitting Stan went with his Mother to assist other Mom’s whose Husbands were deployed in order to help them with their newborns and siblings. After his Father retired, Stan spent many nights and weekends with his Father and various veteran organizations like the VFW, American Legion and DAV visiting the VA Hospitals, military hospitals and rehabilitation centers assisting returning Vietnam Vets and their families.


Claudia Mosley, Co-Founder, Merchant Processing Solutions

Claudia Mosley is the co-founder and CFO of Merchant Processing Solutions Inc. She has more than 16 years of experience in accounting, where she gained valuable experience in creating and implementing systems, policies and procedures to improve the bottom line of a merchant processing company. She has been recognized for her outstanding ability to understand merchant processing needs and complex problems and design solutions to help our merchants grow their business. She has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the transaction processing industry from a financial perspective.


Stephanie Cates, Partner, Merchant Processing Solutions

Stephanie Cates became a partner in 2016. She was originally our competitor, when her company merged with another company and laid off more than 500 people! We spoke about working together and decided it would be a great fit! Stephanie has been in the merchant services industry for more than 12 years but her sales skills go back a lot longer than that AND she is BILINGUAL; English & Spanish!

Yamilet Strauss (Ramirez)is a pillar of the business community in South Florida. She has been active in the South Florida area since 2001. Commissioner Darline Riggs, Seat 4, City of Miramar

Darline B. Riggs was elected to the Miramar City Commission, Seat 4 on March 10, 2015. Darline B. Riggs was given up by her birth mother at 2 months old and adopted into a family of ten. At the age of 9, her family settled in Miramar where she has resided for the last twenty-five years. A graduate of Miramar High, she went on to obtain her Associate of Science degree in nursing from Broward College, her Bachelor of Science in nursing and her Master of Science in nursing education from Florida Atlantic University.
