Ivonne Martinez, Subdirectora de Inteligencia y Gestión de Tecnologías de Información en el Instituto Distrital de Turismo de Bogotá

Ivonne MartínezEconomist and Master’s degree holder in Public Policy, with more than 18 years of experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of public policies. She currently serves as Deputy Director of Intelligence and Information Technology Management at the Bogotá District Institute of Tourism, where she promotes strategic sector analysis, data management, and the development of tourism in the city.

She leads the Tourism Observatory and coordinates the implementation of the Bogotá Smart Tourism Destination strategy, advancing key components such as sustainability, innovation, governance, technology, and accessibility. Her professional trajectory includes key contributions to organizations such as the World Bank, USAID, the Ministry of Finance, and the National Planning Department, among others, where she has led strategic processes in territorial development, international cooperation, and participatory planning.


Maria Fernanda Prieto, Senior Communications Consultant, Babel Communications

María Fernanda Prieto is a Social Communication graduate from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication from IE.

Her professional experience has focused on communications leadership, public relations management, high-level government affairs, Customer Experience, and the design of high-impact stakeholder engagement strategies. As Head of Communications at Colombia’s Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, she led the interinstitutional coordination of the national tourism campaign “Colombia, the Country of Beauty” and supported the international promotion of Colombia as a tourism destination.

She currently serves as Senior Communications Consultant at Babel Comunicaciones, where she acts as Account Director for companies in the aviation and insurance sectors.
