After consistently growing his Real Estate book of business, mainly through referrals and repeat clients, he decided in 2009 to open his own company.

Jaime is currently the Broker/Owner of 1 on 1 Real Estate LLC. A growing South Florida Dynamic Real Estate Brokerage headquartered in Pembroke Pines that has Branches in Broward County and in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Their portfolio of clients include local Floridians, Out of State Investors and also Foreign Nationals which are provided  Professional and Honest 1 on 1 service with Integrity. Jaime Flasterstein is passionate about helping the Real Estate professional community and is currently serving as the Vice-President of the South Broward Board of Realtors. In the last few years he served in the International, Commercial Investment, MLS, Professional Standards, Education & Grievance committees.
