President and CEO, Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce


Robert L. Goltz is president and CEO of the Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce. Since assuming this position in 2012, Goltz has grown the Chamber membership an average of 10% each year and has expanded the services and advocacy operations. In 2018, Robert began working with United International College in Miramar to co-host the Entrepreneur Hour with Stephanie Cates, a weekly podcast on how to develop and maintain a business.

The Chamber has expanded it’s footprint over the last three years with the creation of the Pembroke Park West Park Chamber of Commerce in 2015 and Weston Florida Chamber of Commerce in 2017. He has dramatically expanded the activities of the Chamber’s advocacy efforts on the local, county and state levels including the launch of the South Broward Business Partnership Legislative Action Committee (A 501c4 organization) in 2018.. And he has reinvigorated the Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Scholarship Foundation, which houses our scholarship efforts and the youth programing.

Previously, Goltz served for 8 years as president and CEO of the Warren County Regional Chamber of Commerce (NJ) which also included under its umbrella the Warren County Economic Development Corporation, Warren County Convention & Tourism Bureau and LEADERSHIP WARREN programs. Earlier in his career, Goltz was Membership Manager for the Monroe County Chamber of Commerce (MI).

Goltz serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Association of Chamber Professionals and active member of the Broward County Council of Chambers. He also served on the faculty and a member of the Board of Regents for the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organizational Management. Robert has received numerous honors and awards for his work in the community.

Born in Monroe, Michigan, Goltz earned a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast and Cinematic Arts from Central Michigan University. A 2007 graduate from the U.S. Chamber’s Institute of Organization Membership and has earned the state designation of Florida Chamber of Commerce Professional.

Goltz resides in Miramar, FL with his wife, Melissa, have two daughters, Lily and Jessica.
